We will focus on depth & play coming from the perspective of self-awareness, loving kindness & playful body movement.
This immersive workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of Thai Massage, a healing art that blends elements of yoga, acupressure, and energy work.
Over the course of 3 days, you will explore the philosophy of Thai Massage while learning essential techniques, including rhythmic compressions, gentle stretches, and the manipulation of energy locks.
Each day will feature hands-on practice sessions that allow you to apply what you’ve learned in a supportive environment, working closely with fellow participants to build confidence and proficiency.
Daily mindfulness exercises will help you cultivate a deeper awareness of your own body and the energy you bring to your practice.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a solid foundation in Thai Massage techniques and an understanding of how to tailor your sessions to meet the needs of your clients.
* 8 of your CEU hours will be from working directly with clients/friends in your own life so you will have on-going support.
